- In-app purchases & refunds. Payments are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant store.
- Lost progress. If your game progress is tied to a platform account (Game Center, Google Play Games), reinstalling the game and signing back in usually restores it. If not, email us with your player ID.
- Privacy & data requests. See our Privacy Policy for the rights you have over your personal data and how to submit a request.
- Bug reports. Please tell us the game name, device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce the issue.
